The Ever Enchanting, Eliza Page

| Fashion,General,Shopping | Wednesday July 21 2010

Nestled in the heart of downtown, Eliza Page has become one of the ‘go-to’ jewelry stores for fashion forward Austinites and a keystone to Austin’s 2ND Street District. The clean and crisp layout of the store delicately showcases its wares and makes it all too enticing to peruse and try on the collections. From leather cuffs to wedding bands, Eliza Page has any bauble or bead your heart could desire.

Owner Elizabeth Serrato has an undeniable passion for jewelry, and her love for the art and knowledge of the craft is highly evident upon entering the store. She prides herself in showcasing local artists, many of which you won’t be able to find any where else in town. Her excitement for jewelry is contagious, which also makes choosing the perfect piece that much harder — because you’ll want everything! However, Eliza Page’s friendly staff is certain to steer you in the right direction and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Elizabeth works as closely with the designers as she does with her customers, so her vast knowledge of the product is more than endearing.

Recently, Launch787 and Eliza Page joined together for the first ever “Austin Shines” event, showcasing some of Austin’s brightest and most talented new jewelry designers. Among those designers was Elizabeth Baird, whose architectural line was the judges’ pick in the “Creativity and Ingenuity” category. With her use of unexpected materials and inventive style, it’s obvious why this line has become a store favorite. Plus, this orange necklace is just perfect for game day!

Another favorite, Leigh Elena, is a collection of exotic skin cuffs ranging from stingray to python. So if you’re looking for a little edge for your ensemble, this is the piece for you.

Next Month, Eliza Page will participate in Austin Fashion Week, showcasing a line that is sure to make your heart flutter. Currently in store, Shaesby is a collection of organically sophisticated jewelry ranging from bridal rings to pendant earrings. Shaesby Scott’s latest pieces, which will be presented in August, are made up of birth stones and 14k gold. That being said, there’s a little something for everyone!

So ladies and gents, be sure to make to a stop in Eliza Page the next time you’re in the market for a little something for yourself or a loved one. A sweet treat from Eliza Page will most certainly put a smile on someone’s face! Also, don’t forget to mark your calendars for Austin Fashion Week and take part in some fashionable fun!
