iHelp. Ulearn.
Britt Roth | General,Technology | Wednesday May 4 2011Let’s face it, Apple has the coolest tech must-haves and there’s always something new at the blink of an eye. With each release of the next best thing, it means learning something new and once again, changing the way we live.
Change is exciting, but it’s easy to get left behind. How can you keep up when every minute there’s another generation, a new update, or a new release?
With iHelp Austin, an in-home Apple product trainer, you can be sure you won’t get left behind. With their iHelp, you’ll be one of the first to know about the coolest new gadgets. And the best part? You’ll know how to use them. You’ll be quite the show-off at your next happy hour.
iHelp Austin will rock your world. They can help you shop for a new Apple product, teach you the basics on how to use your product and troubleshoot when you run into problems, help you organize your life by training you on how to get the most out of your product, and if you’re ready for more advanced techniques, teach you to create photo albums, movies, songs, websites, and overall, advance your creativity!
iHelp Austin can train you to use your desktop, laptop, iPhone, iPod, iPad, and Apple TV and all the fun programs that come with it…perhaps things you’ve only heard about, but are too afraid to try.
For a better look at what they do, check out this cute YouTube video that the owner made. It features Ned, their oldest client who Jeff said, “wanted to learn about his Mac to stay connected to his grandkids.”
Another one of his longtime clients had this to say about iHelp Austin: “Because of Jeff’s help, we are now an Apple household and [my husband and I] recently gave each other iPads for our anniversary. With Jeff’s guidance and help, we have made custom picture Christmas cards for two years and Keepsake books and managed our music and photos like pros. We both keep our calendars in iCal and I have even made a dozen custom graphs with ease. Jeff is able to Skype and screen shares with us for minor issues and is always there when we call. I don’t think we would have made the transition to all Apple products without his help.”
iHelp Austin was started by local Austinite, Jeff Roth. He combined his passion for technology, creativity and teaching, and ta-da, the idea came about. When not training his clients, he’s teaching at the Art Institue of Austin. The brains behind the operation is his wife Britt and their support team of five dogs — Weezer, Gnocci, Basil, Ellie and Baby.
