The inaugural Austin x Design will be going on throughout the entire month of October. The AIA Homes Tour serves as the kickoff for the inaugural Austin x Design, a month-long series of events promoting a variety of organizations and events that celebrate design in both the built and natural environments. Eighteen organizations have joined AIA Austin to engage the public and introduce ways that design can shape and improve daily life. Taking place throughout the month of October, this community-wide event gives Austinites numerous chances to participate in design activities including tours, lecture series and film screenings.
