Feeling Green? Celebrate with dollar beers and tasty treats from Frank on Wednesday, October 13, from 7-9pm.  The Texas League of Conservation Voters’ has put together a little soiree of informative fun. The Green? Vote! 2010 Election Party puts the spotlight on the Texas League of Conservation Voters’ work to support state legislators and statewide elected officials who have shown their commitment to environmental values.

2010 is indeed a big year for many legislators who are outspoken on green issues and those who are up for re-election. These legislators need to be able to count on votes! From people and constitutes that want to see a clean, green, Texas for years to come. As the local hardworking political muscle of the environmental movement, TLCV not only helps these conservation champions out, but also keeps all legislators accountable for the way they vote on tough environmental issues during each legislative session.
