Event Description: Please join us for our 2nd event to learn about kiimby, Plain Ivey Jane and Austin Pets Alive. kiimby, which stands for “Keep It In My Backyard”, is a new community network that connects Austinites to wonderful locally owned businesses and locally focused charities, and aims to make Austin a stronger community in the process. kiimby makes it easy for people to support local businesses and generate donations for their favorite charities at the same time.This event is designed for those interested in supporting Austin’s dynamic local business and charity organizations, and will feature Austin’s own Plain Ivey Jane and Austin Pet’s Alive as an example of the kind of businesses and charities that work day-in-and-day-out to make Austin the compassionate, lively community that it is.
No purchase is necessary to attend the event, but a portion of all purchases done at the event using a kiimby card will generate a donation for Austin Pets Alive and/or other locally focused charities of your choice.
